PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

"Everyone in itself is a great personality" is the what came to my mind when I was thinking of the Great personalities . It is really difficult to judge someone's personality on some basis. There may be some parameters to know someone's personality but it would be completely injustice because personality is something one can't measure.
In actual, "Personality is the typical pattern of thinking, looking, feeling and behaviour that makes a person unique." And when there's such measures, how can someone be judged only on one or two of these.  The most quintessential  and fluent step to this path is 'Be yourself'. One should be what he is and this is what defines his personality best. 
Personality reveals the psychological make up of an individual through his behaviour. This is what permits a prediction of what a person will do in a given situation. It is the entire mental organization of a human being at any stage of his development. 
The comment such as "he has got a wonderful personality"or " he does not have a good one" are quite common. This common conception of personality reflects the importance attached to the physical dimension of personality by the society.
"First impression is the last impression" is the most popular line you must have listen about someone's personality. But do the first impression really shows the person you are every time...Situations may be opposite sometimes, and it may be worst impression. But that may prove you a person you're not.
No one should deny if I say, Everyone in itself is a great personality. As per my field of vision, everyone have some unique qualities and this is what makes our personality different from others. There are surely some parameters to define one's personality but they cant define the person completely, up to extent they really do.
Each of you may have your own parameters of defining and portraying your personality. Just remember to 'Be Urself' in every situation of life.

आत्मनिर्भर भारत और युवा

                                             आत्मनिर्भर भारत की बात करें तो यह आज एक मिशन बना दिया गया है जिसकी बागडौर भारत के युवा के हाथों में सौपी जा रही है क्योंकि हम युवा को एक व्यक्तित्व के रुप में देखते है।  भारतीय संस्कृति के परिपेक्ष में युवा का मतलब उम्र से नहीं सोच से होता है। युवा का मतलब हमारे अंदर के उमंग औेर उत्साह से होता है। अगर हमारे अंदर का यौवन जिंदा है तो हम चट्टानों में से रास्ता भी बना सकते है और आसमान में सुराग भी। अपनी इसी युवा सोच, गति, और प्रवाह को सही दिशा देते हुए आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनाना हर भारतीय का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए। वर्तमान परिदृश्य को देखते हुए यह समझा जा सकता है कि आत्मनिर्भर भारत का मतलब है- भारत को जिस चीज़ की आवश्यकता हो वो खुद बना सकें। और भारत को इस तरह से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान शुरु किया गया है। जिसका उद्देश्य सिर्फ भारत को कोरोना महामारी के चलते पैदा हुए आर्थिक संकट से बाहर निकालना न...

प्यार नहीं तुमसे।

एक रोज उसने मुझसे पूछा कि प्यार करते हो ना हमसे। सवाल तो नही था ये, पर हां, तसल्ली के लिए अक्सर पूछ ही लेते है या फिर समय-समय पर मुझे याद दिलाने के लिए, कि प्रिये, ‘हम है।‘ अब पूछा है तुमने, तो सुनो- प्यार नहीं मोहब्बत है तुमसे, ठीक उसी तरह जैसे मेरी चाय। चाय, सर्दी की जरुरत नहीं, हर मौसम की आदत है। ठीक उसी तरह हो तुम, खाली समय की याद नहीं, हर वक्त का ख्याल हो। किसी मर्ज़ की दवा नही, हर पल का सुकून हो। जिस तरह चाय की एक घूंट हर रग मे रुसार हो जाती है, ठीक उसी तरह हो तुम, जिसके कंठ से निकला हर स्वर मेरी रुह छू जाता है और सारी उलझने पीछे छोड़कर मन को सुकून सा आ जाता है।  उतना ही गहरा रिश्ता है तुमसे, जितना गहरा रंग मेरी चाय का। जिसको तब तक पकाया जाता है जब तक उसकी खुशबू आंगन ना महका दे। जिसकी महक तलक से ही पीने वाले को स्वाद का पता चल जाता है, वैसे ही तुम्हारा एहसास तुम्हें हमेशा मेरे पास रखता है।  शायद तुम्हे चाय पसंद नही या फिर तुमने कभी कडक और अच्छी चाय पी ही नही या फिर कभी हमसें मोहब्बत की ही नहीं। तुम्हारा और मेरा मिजाज़ उतना ही कडक है जितनी कडक मुझे चाय पसंद है। जिसमें चायपत्...
